Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, service quality, scheduling, and inventory while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of a busy tire and automotive service center.
Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors.
