Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit or store-level teams in quick-service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily in Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Papa John's locations to ensure standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store leaders and staff.
• Drive improvements in labor, food cost, inventory, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Reset expectations and reinforce company values to foster performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
