7‑Eleven, Inc. seeks an Area Leader Trainee – Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations and develop talent through a rigorous 12‑month training program. You will train store teams, implement merchandising plans, and focus on customer service while building a path to district leadership.

The role emphasizes P&L management, budget planning and driving sales. A 4‑year degree or substantial multi‑unit retail experience is required, with relocation possible upon training completion.

• Merchandising program implementation and inventory control.
• Profit and loss focus including budget planning and cost control.
• Relocation willingness and multi-unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train and supervise Store Leaders across multiple locations.
• Implement merchandising programs, manage cash/inventory and promote customer service excellence.
• Drive profit and loss through budgeting, sales growth and expense control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
• Relocate after training to take over a district if required.
