Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Multi-Unit Area Director to lead high-volume restaurant operations in the Palm Harbor area. You will oversee multiple locations, build strong management teams, and drive profitability through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

You'll recruit and mentor general managers, ensure food quality and service standards, optimize P&L and labor costs, and support local marketing to grow guest satisfaction. A dynamic, growth-ready environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years managing full-service restaurant operations.
• Proven success overseeing multiple units or large single locations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Solid grasp of P&L, food costs, and restaurant economics.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
