You'll recruit and mentor general managers, ensure food quality and service standards, optimize P&L and labor costs, and support local marketing to grow guest satisfaction. A dynamic, growth-ready environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years managing full-service restaurant operations.
• Proven success overseeing multiple units or large single locations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Solid grasp of P&L, food costs, and restaurant economics.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations and profitability across multiple restaurant locations.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor general managers and kitchen leadership.
