Superior Talent Source is seeking an Area Director for the Southeast Casual Dining segment to lead 5-7 restaurants, drive financial and operating performance, and develop a high-performing team across the market.

This high-visibility leadership role requires hands-on presence, strategic planning, and the ability to recruit, coach, and retain General Managers while upholding brand standards.

• Select, train, and develop General Managers.
• Fill key management positions with high-quality candidates.
• Drive leadership pipeline and stability across the market.
• Play a direct role in new store openings within the market.

• Own operational standards and performance across your entire market of 5 -7 restaurants
• Conduct structured market visits and spend the majority of your time in restaurants, present and visible
• Ensure brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures are followed consistently across every location
• Identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio
• Work with marketing on competitive sales strategies for your market
• Select, train, coach, and develop General Managers
• Ensure all key management positions are filled with quality candidates
• Drive leadership pipeline development and stability across your market
• Play a direct role in new store openings across the market
