Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of 4 to 10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each Restaurant General Manager meets the Annual Operating Plan.

The ideal candidate will recruit and develop RGMs and Shift Managers, coach on the 4 Rights, analyze financial performance, and lead product rollouts while resolving customer issues and maintaining guest relations. Travel between stores is required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

5 years of multi-unit management experience.
Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional team-building capability.
Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical decision making.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

Hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
Coach RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.
Travel daily between stores as required.
Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
