Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200 unit property.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork mindset.
• As a condition of employment, consent to audio recordings may be required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Available for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers and related tasks.
• Take emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
