MG Properties in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Garden Grove Apartments. The role involves performing duties across trades and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Work includes grounds and building cleaning, completing maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, handling emergency calls, and more. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and other duties as needed.
