Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Elevate at Discovery Park in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate has multi-trade maintenance experience, strong customer service, and is comfortable on-call duties. Responsibilities include grounds and common area upkeep, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and handling emergency requests.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Paint and perform touch-ups.
• Apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
