MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for NOVO Broadway in Tempe, AZ. This role involves hands-on building maintenance, cleaning common areas, handling service requests, and multi-trade repairs to ensure high-quality living spaces for residents.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in multiple trades, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team. The position may require on-call rotations and a commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
