MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for NOVO Broadway in Tempe, AZ. You will handle cleaning, routine repairs, and on-call maintenance tasks across a 200-unit property, delivering responsive service to residents.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade experience, strong customer service, and reliable transportation, with on-call availability and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers.
