Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3+ years of maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, carpentry or related trades within the last 4 years.
• Completion of a technical/vocational program in general maintenance or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on buildings and equipment across trades (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, locks).
• Replace electrical components, repair fixtures, and patch walls; maintain sinks and toilets.
• Respond to repair requests, perform scheduled preventative tasks, and support on-call rotations.
