Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for the Hruska Courthouse in Omaha, NE. The role covers building upkeep across trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting, with on-call rotations and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years maintenance experience.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License and ability to maintain gate pass access.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Experience responding to Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).

Responsibilities

• Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Replaces filters, belts, etc.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repair sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint structures and equipment.
• Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install door locks; rekey cards as needed.
• Replace broken windowpanes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Maintain on-call rotations with occasional overtime and some weekend work.
• Perform other duties as required.
