Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC seeks a General Maintenance Worker to perform building and equipment maintenance at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities include repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site duties in a dynamic environment with safety considerations and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years general maintenance experience.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and responding to DMOs.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Replace filters, belts, etc.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repair sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint structures and equipment.
• Repair concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install locks; assist with rekeying cards.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Flexible scheduling to include on-call rotations, overtime, and some weekend work.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
