Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC seeks a Lead Engineer for the Denney Federal Building in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will oversee facilities operations, manage mechanical systems, and supervise technicians ensuring reliable maintenance for a multi-story office and warehouse environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical and control systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, and work with vendors to secure parts and services, while documenting activities for project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on maintenance and repair of facilities.
• Supervise program technicians and general maintenance workers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system problems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and system checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for parts and services.
• Respond to customer information requests and provide timely quotes.
• Ensure proper documentation is submitted to PM in a timely manner.
