Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years general mechanical, electrical, carpentry, or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Replaces filters, belts, etc.
• Patches minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repairs sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paints structures and equipment.
• Repairs concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hangs doors and installs locks; assists with rekeying cards.
• Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• On-call rotations, occasional overtime, and some weekend work.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
