You will respond to service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in making ready vacated units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be a team player with attention to detail and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across a wide range of people.
• Basic computer knowledge; daily use of technology platforms.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Basic understanding of safety practices.
• Driver's License must be valid and in-state.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests including furnaces, AC, appliances, water heaters, and other maintenance items.
• Performs skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith.
• Documents work in accordance with company policy and uses PPE appropriately.
• Maintains tools and equipment in ready repair.
• Follows preventive maintenance program and performs required maintenance.
• Assists in making ready vacated units including painting, carpentry, tile work, and more.
• Performs emergency maintenance such as sewage, water leaks, or other damage repairs.
• Ensures unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
• Drives company or personal vehicle for company business as needed.
• Level 3 mentors a team of maintenance technicians and assists others with troubleshooting.
