Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels in Lexington, MA to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities.

You will perform general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry, and may help prepare units for occupancy while working in various spaces and weather conditions. Strong safety and documentation practices are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification required within 180 days.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Performs skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith trades.
• Documents work in accordance with company policy and maintains equipment.
• Mentors Level 1–2 technicians and supports a safe, efficient maintenance operation.
