Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support maintenance and readiness of housing communities. You will perform general maintenance, prep vacated units, and address emergency repairs in outdoor and crawl-space environments.

The role requires working across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) with strong attention to safety, documentation, and teamwork. EPA 608 certification is required by higher levels, with opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Requires a team player who pays close attention to detail and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with a wide range of people.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and daily use of technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests including furnaces, air-conditioning systems, appliances, water heaters and solar collection tanks, disposals, general plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance items.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith.
• Documents all work in accordance with company policy and provides excellent customer service.
• Maintains equipment and ensures safe operation and PPE use.
• Follows preventive maintenance programs and performs required maintenance such as replacing filters.
