Job summary

• Perform journey-level maintenance, repair, remodeling, and construction across building systems, facilities and grounds.
• Oversee light maintenance tasks by assigned individuals.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards and/or non-functioning equipment.
• Estimate, plan, and order inventory, parts and supplies for projects.
