Community Transit in Everett, WA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair transit building systems and equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support team members in a dynamic environment.

You will work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and other trades, maintain CMMS records, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to junior staff. A valid WA driver license and 5 years of facilities maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Journeyman level skills or certifications in facilities maintenance.
• Valid Washington State Driver License with clean driving record.
• Formal training/certification in HVAC, electrical distribution, low voltage controls, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or sheet metal; able to maintain multiple certifications.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of building and facilities systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and other records; prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to other facilities maintenance staff when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to complete projects.
