Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, and turnover work, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The ideal candidate will have multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.), at least 2 years on a 200-unit property, reliable transportation, and willingness to work on-call.

Qualifications

Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
Reliable transportation is a MUST!
Availability to work on-call rotation.
