MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for NOVO Broadway in Tempe, AZ. The role covers maintenance across a 200-unit property environment, including plumbing, electrical and a/c tasks with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc. is a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment.
• As a condition of employment, audio recordings may be used during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and prepare units for turnover.
• Respond to emergency calls and other tasks as needed.
