MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves upkeep of grounds, common areas, and apartment turnover, with emphasis on customer service and responsiveness.

You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, respond to service requests, and work in a collaborative, on-site environment with on-call rotation and a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas and completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs and painting as needed throughout the property.
• Apartment turnovers and timely response to emergency calls.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high resident satisfaction.
