Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma with technical training and at least 4 years in healthcare maintenance, plus a MA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with technical training preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in general maintenance or construction.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics and operate hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare setting is desirable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs basic to advanced repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist at multiple hospital campuses and follow safety guidelines.
• Use blueprints/schematics for construction and renovation tasks.
• Record-keeping: retrieve/close work orders and track supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain workplace cleanliness.
