Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced repairs from start to finish using the Maintenance Request System.

• Follow directions; execute construction/renovation tasks safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints or schematics; perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Set priorities; adapt to campus-specific requirements.
