Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of supplies such as belts, chains, lubricants, filters, and lighting needs.
• Operate, test and inspect emergency generators, fire pump, fire doors and emergency lighting.
• Read thermometers and gauges, record readings, and maintain logs such as boiler logs and building logs.
• Lubricate fans, motors, and other mechanical parts.
• Disassemble and assemble sheet metal components, fans, motors, and control units.
• Work off-site and/or independently as required
