Job summary

You will participate in the in-house Engineering Department, handle preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of craft experience, ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver’s license; boiler

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years relevant craft experience.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Valid driver's license. Boiler license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participates in in-house Engineering Department with cross-functional work within licensure.
• Works with other members to complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Establishes a preventive maintenance routine to maximize safety and operations.
• Responds to service calls and investigates, resolving issues per protocol.
• Monitors Life Safety Code compliance and reports concerns.
• Assists with additional duties such as carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
