Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager in Boerne, TX to drive membership growth and provide exceptional client experiences across multiple channels. You will manage lead follow‑up, outbound outreach, and relationship building while collaborating with studio leadership to meet revenue targets.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and the ability to juggle marketing activities with daily sales tasks in a local community setting.

Qualifications

• Must reside within a 20‑mile radius of the assigned supporting studios.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, call centre operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and work toward measurable sales and activity goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, lead management platforms, point‑of‑sale (POS) technology, and digital scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for marketing, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and timely follow‑up.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with studio leadership and team members.
• Flexible availability for weekday and weekend shifts will vary based on studio needs. MUST be flexible from Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 8 PM and weekends from 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by converting leads, walk‑ins, introductory sessions, and prospective clients into paying members.
• Conduct consistent outbound follow‑up calls, texts, and emails to prospective clients and existing members.
• Meet established daily call activity, lead follow‑up, appointment‑setting, and sales performance goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of membership packages, session options, pricing, promotions, and referral programs.
• Identify opportunities to re‑engage inactive leads, retain existing members, and increase membership utilization.
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving studio revenue, membership, and conversion targets.
• Track lead activity, follow‑up progress, appointments, and sales outcomes within the appropriate systems.
