Job summary

StretchLab Hill Country in Kyle, TX, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager. This high-energy role supports studio leadership in driving memberships, managing leads, and delivering top-notch client experiences.

The position requires outbound calling, CRM familiarity, and weekend availability to help achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate on local marketing, community outreach, and multi‑studio communications to grow the business while ensuring a welcoming client experience across sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, call center, or related field.
• Must reside within 20 miles of the studios.
• Experience making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, lead management, POS tech, and scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate records.
• Flexible weekday/weekend availability including daytime slots.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by converting leads, walk-ins, and prospective clients into members.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to prospects and current members.
• Meet daily activity, lead follow-up, appointment-setting, and sales goals.
• Support marketing and community outreach to increase studio visibility.
• Maintain accurate client records and lead notes in designated systems.
