StretchLab Hill Country in New Braunfels is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support studio operations, drive membership growth, manage leads, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role reports to the Studio Manager and involves coordinating sales, marketing, and community outreach across the local market.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and proficient at outbound calling, relationship building, and multitasking in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales, telemarketing, customer service, or related field.
• Ability to make outbound calls and follow up with leads to meet sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client relationships.
• Experience using CRM, lead management, POS, and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for admin tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accurate records and timely follow-up.
• Flexible availability for weekday and weekend shifts (9am–2pm, 3pm–8pm).

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by converting leads and prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Meet daily activity, lead follow-up, appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain knowledge of membership packages, pricing, promotions, and referrals.
• Support local marketing and community outreach to increase leads.
• Oversee lead activity and sales outcomes in the CRM.
