Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You will travel locally to support nearby locations, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and uphold exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activity with lifting up to 20 lb, with assistance up to 40 lb.
• Age 18+ required (note: Virginia rule on Supervisors for certain tasks may differ).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to keep operations smooth.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
