Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across several stores in the district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and maintain high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Multitask and perform physical activities; lift up to 20 lbs and assist with up to 40 lbs with another person.
• Must be at least 18 years old (note: VA law may require supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards to foster a positive store culture.
