Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across multiple stores in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and drive store success with strong customer focus while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia requires 21+ for certain tasks).
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members with performance feedback.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by modeling performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
