Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive performance across a district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor teams, and uphold high customer service while ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and performing physical activities, including repeated bending and standing.
• Able to lift up to 20 lb, up to 40 lb with assistance.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to commute up to 30 miles one-way; mileage reimbursed over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stores.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
