Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and maintain top service and safety standards while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old; some locations may require 21+ for specific tasks.
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve goals.
• Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop skills and deliver exceptional service.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
