Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize stores across your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service and operations.

This role offers a fast-paced, high-energy environment with 4-day weeks notes, competitive pay, benefits, and travel between stores. Prior team leadership and a willingness to commute are valued for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations and uphold Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture with a total customer-focused approach.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
