Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in your district, driving store success through delegation and high standards. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to rotate stores and build leadership experience.

You’ll mentor team members, maintain superior customer service, and uphold Sheetz performance standards while traveling locally to nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and physical activities up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law for certain tasks requires 21+).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way (mileage reimburse if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
