Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive district-wide store success, delegating tasks, mentoring teams, and maintaining high customer service standards across stores. You’ll travel locally and adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and front-line impact, with a shift premium and opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities described (standing, bending, reaching).
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia note: Supervisors vary by task).
Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve goals.
Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, developing skills for exceptional service and giving feedback to the GM.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive store culture by embodying performance standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
Ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
