Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across several locations. You’ll boost store performance, coach staff, and uphold service standards as you travel between stores in your district.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and performing physical activities (standing, bending) with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; can lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law for specific tasks: Supervisors 21+).
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Experience in food service preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
