TravisMathew, LLC seeks a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple TX/Mountain territory retail locations. You will drive sales plans, manage budgets, and lead and develop a high-performing retail team across stores with a focus on visual execution and brand standards.

The role requires 7+ years of store management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel domestically while working non-traditional hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years store management experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development of Retail Team within territory.
• Lead training, succession planning and coaching for store leadership.
• Conduct weekly store management calls and field visits to develop teams.
• Manage budgets, sales plans and KPIs for territory and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee financial reporting including P&L and expenses with Store Managers.
