Job summary

TravisMathew is recruiting a District Manager to oversee operations at multiple retail locations within a defined territory. You will direct sales plans, budgets, and P&L, while hiring, training, and developing a Retail Team to drive brand performance.

The role requires leading store visits, coaching managers, and partnering with Marketing to execute brand initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a store management capacity.
• Minimum 3 years’ in a multi-store management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of the Retail Team within the territory.
• Oversee training, development and succession planning within territory.
• Lead store visits and provide coaching to store management teams, ensuring compliance.
• Manage budgets, sales plans and sales results within territory and drive KPI performance.
• Partner with Marketing on brand-building initiatives and sales-driving strategies.
• Travel domestically as required.
