TravisMathew is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations at multiple retail locations within the TX/Mountain region. You will manage sales plans, budgets, P&L, brand execution, and hire/train the Retail Team.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, training, coaching store managers, and ensuring compliance, while driving performance through KPI analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Flexibility for evenings and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a store management capacity.
• Minimum 3 years' in a multi-store management capacity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of the Retail Team within applicable territory.
• Oversee training, development and succession planning within applicable territory.
• Lead store visits and coaching for store management teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets, sales plans and sales results within applicable territory.
• Leverage monthly associate sales and KPI reporting to drive results.
