Job summary

TravisMathew, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee and direct operations at multiple retail locations within a defined territory (TX/Mountain). This role manages sales plans, results, and executes brand strategies to drive performance.

You will handle budgets and P&L, hire, train, and develop a retail team, conduct store visits, coach store managers, and partner with Marketing to build the brand in the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams across multiple stores.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Proven track record in brand execution and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of the Retail Team within applicable territory
• Oversee training, development and succession planning within applicable territory
• Oversee weekly store management conference call and host weekly touch bases with Store Managers
• Lead store visits and provide coaching to store management teams, ensuring compliance
• Manage budgets, sales plans and sales results within applicable territory
• Analyze and act on monthly associate sales and KPI reporting to drive results
• Manage monthly financial reporting (P&L expenses, audits, deposits) in partnership with Store Managers
• Supervise store-level Financial Trackers and ensure consistent use
• Execute visual merchandising strategies within territory locations
• Assist with physical inventory processes within stores
• Partner with Marketing on brand-building and sales-driving initiatives
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities and implement applicable initiatives
• Enforce policies and procedures and uphold company values
• Foster healthy working relationships and drive high-performing teams
