Job summary

Midco is seeking a Retail Manager to lead daily operations across multiple Midco Stores, driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and coaching teams to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in retail or mobile settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at multiple Midco Stores and lead sales initiatives.
• Provide customer assistance within the retail environment.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and manage incentives.
• Support initiatives to increase customer awareness and loyalty.
• Develop training and coaching to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Travel to stores as needed to support operations.
• Report performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration across locations.
