Job summary

Midco is seeking a Retail Manager to lead operations across multiple Midco Stores, driving sales and customer satisfaction. The role sets objectives, streamlines processes, and uses data to guide decisions impacting store success.

The role requires managing teams, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets while upholding Midco standards. Travel to stores is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent level of education or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at multiple Midco Stores and provide leadership to team members; direct sales initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure achievement of results.
• Provide assistance to customers within the retail environment at Midco Stores.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with departmental standards; oversee attainment and allocation of incentives.
• Contribute to Midco initiatives aimed at enhancing customer awareness and fostering loyalty.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer retention efforts.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on best practices to support professional growth and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustained achievement in designated stores.
• Use data to inform decisions and initiatives to advance Midco’s growth.
• Assess performance to identify quality improvements and coaching opportunities.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports with accuracy.
• Deliver timely performance feedback and conduct daily coaching sessions; complete quarterly conversations and manage disciplinary issues as needed.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
• Operate a vehicle per Midco policies and maintain safe driving record.
