Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple Midco Stores to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to support growth and performance.
