The Retail Manager at Midco leads daily operations across multiple Midco Stores to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance. You will set objectives, streamline processes, and use data to guide decisions for store success.

You will support company initiatives that build customer awareness and loyalty, ensure consistent execution of standards, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations at multiple Midco Stores and lead sales initiatives.
• Provide customer assistance within the retail environment at Midco Stores.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with departmental standards; oversee incentives.
• Contribute to Midco initiatives aimed at enhancing customer awareness and fostering loyalty.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer retention efforts.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on best practices to support growth and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to achieve store goals.
• Use data to inform decisions and drive Midco's growth.
