Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching managers, controlling inventory and budgets, analyzing sales data, and coordinating local promotions. Flexible hours and weekend coverage are required; a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or operations management in food/beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three Rita’s Italian Ice stores to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
• Recruit, coach, and supervise store managers and staff; foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; manage inventory and supplies.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coordinate local promotions.
